Sunday Book Review:

Island Witch by Amanda Jayatissa was such a good read. Now this book does include a trigger warning for its violence against women, but if you can get passed that I think you’ll really enjoy it.

The plot of Island Witch is very simple and expected, but when the plot twist came-boy did it come! I was so taken back by the turn of events in the book. I thought for sure I knew where it was headed, but then a character was introduced that changed everything and I wasn’t sure whether or not I understood all of the clues leading up to that point.
